The sanding and finishing of a hardwood floor is a crucial part of the installation process, it is essential that your hard wood floor is finished to the highest specification possible to ensure the longevity of the floor, with minimum maintenance. The better the specification for sanding and finishing of your new or refurbished hardwood floor, the better it will look and the longer it will last. We use the latest German built 'Lagler' sanding machines, which give a fine finish with minimum of dust. These combined with best quality finishes such as 'Bona Kemi' water borne lacquers, 'Morrells' spirit based stains waxes and special finishes and 'Osmo' - hard wax oil - can give superb and individual looking floors, that will last (when properly maintained), for many years.
